Our mission is to be a dynamic team, providing the highest quality construction services available.
We have built a successful business culture based on our ethics & etiquette that encompasses our company’s values, visions, working style & beliefs.
What We Do
Hilltop Construction Company builds a variety of projects throughout the Northeast for both the public and private sectors. Founded in 1975 by Tom & Cindy Albrecht, the company has now expanded into the second-generation: Son Tom Albrecht Jr., Son-in Law Dan Washburn, & Daughter April Washburn. In the past few years our company has experienced exceptional growth and expanded into increasing larger and more complicated projects. These include design-build, Construction Management / General Contractor and traditional design-bid-build projects.
Hilltop’s success can be attributed to four underlying factors:
- Unyielding dedication to each project and client
- Continuous attention to quality & details
- Project delivery on time and within budget
- A passion for the complicated, creative and unusual projects.
Hilltop promotes a team environment and encourages input from all levels of staff and employees. This approach results in a dedicated and hardworking workforce that will pitch in to see a project completed successfully and on time. The lengthy tenure of many key employees is not only a tribute to the company, but benefits the project owner when a seasoned team is building their project. Our entire company works as a team and takes great pride in our projects and the Hilltop Construction Co. name.
Company Vision & Values
We are a family owned company, committed to becoming the contractor of choice, pursuing excellence through dedication, experience and disciplined employees with an ongoing passion to deliver quality, timely and profitable projects.
- Work Ethic
- Measured Performance
Quality is paramount on every project – no matter the size, scope or schedule. Hilltop instills and builds quality at every level of the organization. The company operates on the notion that the next job is dependent on the current one. Quality is checked throughout the project, but more importantly, quality is a way of doing business from the bottom up.
